Our trip to California

So here are some pictures from the fun part of our trip to California a couple weeks ago. The trip was mainly consumed with memorial services and such things, but the last day Daddy surprised Jeven with his first trip to Disneyland!! Joren stayed home with my folks so it was just me and the Jev on the airplane!


And onto Disneyland!!!


We went on Splash Mountain 4 times. By the end there was no line!



Jeven was such a stud. I wouldn't even put my hands up!

Jordan

We have had quite a month! I will hopefully be updating the blog a lot in the next week or so, but for now, here are some pictures of my adorable nephew Jordan. We flew down to California last week for a funeral (I will talk more about it later) and Disneyland (I will talk more about this later too!) I just knew Evie would be wanting to see these first. So, my disclaimers are: the lighting was not great and he didn't sit still for more than a second so they aren't my best quality. BUT, when you have a cute subject somehow it doesn't matter much!

Joren is 2!!

I know it has been a VERY long time since I have posted and oh so much has happened in the past couple months, and I hope to catch all my 3 viewers up on everything real soon, but for now, I felt I owed it to Joren to at least recognize her birthday. So Joren turned the big 2 on Christmas Eve!

Grandma & Grandpa Ski

I love this one of Jeven cause you can see his "poop eye." If you enlarge it, you can see in HIS right eye, there is a big brown spot!




Jeven and Joren LOVE their Grandma and Grandpa! And that is an understatement! And I think the feeling is mutual! Every night before bed, Joren asks if we are going to Grandma's house when she wakes up. Jeven's best friend in the whole world is his Grandpa. He calls Jeven his "pal." We are so blessed to have them right down the road, and not only because they are great babysitters! So, here are just a few pictures from their house a couple weeks ago.

I know these aren't the greatest pictures of the kiddos, quality is terrible too! But, they were about ready to go out trick or treating for the night and weren't really in the mood for pictures!




Yes he is tooting here. Why else would he want to be a skunk?? He basically has permission to go around tooting everywhere!
