"Clean Mud"

Here are a few pictures from Jeven's adventure with "clean mud." I got the idea from my Bible study leader and Jeven absolutely loved it! All it is, is ripped up toilet paper, shredded Ivory soap, and water.

So I think I figured out our little computer sna-foo so hopefully we will be good to go from here on out! Here are a few from the last couple weeks that I thought were worth posting. I love the progression in these:) Happy--unsure--I wanna touch the camera--no your hands are dirty, wahhhh!--ok I'm better! She is such a girl with here emotional mood swings, within minutes!!

Sorry to all of you who actually check this blog out every once in a while. I have been having a really hard time uploading pictures from my camera to our computer...and still am!! :( So this was just an attempt to upload from the camera to the blog site. Which seemed to work, but I have no way of saving them to our computer still. So, keep checking in with us because hopefully very soon we will be back to normal!

I took most of these when we were in Eagle Crest on the nicer camera. I love how you can really see his "poop eye" as Donny calls it! He has a little brown spot in his right eye. They look better when you click to enlarge them! :)

Here is another one of baby Jordan, and I love it because he is smiling! What a cutie!!

Welcome baby Jordan!

Donny's sister Evie had her little boy Jordan Mitchell on January 6th and we were fortunate enough to leave the kiddos with my parents and stay a couple days with her and Jordan, and hubby Bill, of course in Southern California. Jordan is such a little doll. I have to admit that I caught a bit of the baby bug while being down there, but I think it has mostly worn off! I was really hoping to get some great newborn shots seeing as how I have been trying to take up photography, however due to MANY unfortunate circumstances, like no new camera, bad lighting, and tough schedules to name a few, I was only able to snap off a couple. They turned out alright, just not as creative as I was hoping for. It definately helped that he was such a cutie!! But hopefully Evie will let me come back down soon to take some more of her little prince. He really is a beautiful baby!

Eagle Crest 4th post:Boys will be boys!

So here are some of how the boys entertaing themselves! And for the record, this was the first cigar my dad had ever smoked! These really are great boys, just a little crazy sometimes. And as for the other pictures, well, they were having hand-stand push-up competitions!! Those boys!

Eagle Crest 3rd post: Dance night

My dad is such a great dad! He planned for one of the nights we were in Eagle Crest to be a "dance night." He had picked out a song to dance with each of his girls; my mom, my sister Kaci, and I. Unfortunately there are no pictures of he and I dancing because I am generally the one behind the camera. So here are some pictures of all of us having our dance night!
